Der Platz liegt zentral und sehr ruhig in den Tinnumer Wiesen und doch stadt- und strandnah. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in untermittelbar Nähe und können sehr gut mit Rad oder zu Fuß erreicht werden.
